Orders are dispatched after receipt of payment, when the production of your new piece is complete. Orders are shipped internationally using DHL with tracking, or Colissimo with tracking within Europe.
Times vary based on shipping destination. The average delivery time is between 1-2 weeks.
Sofia Vera offers its customers complimentary shipping, including all handling, packing, taxes and import duties.
You will be informed as soon as your order is on it's way to you with the tracking details. In case of any expected delays in production or delivery, we will get in contact to inform you at the earliest convenience.
It is important to us that you are delighted with every Sofia Vera purchase.
To return an item you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of goods, stating your intention to return. Please contact us by referring to our Contact Page. It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return your goods. After notifying us of your intention to return, you then have 14 days in which to return your parcel. We will send you all the information on how to return your item via email.
Items must be returned with the original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of usage or damage caused within your care. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will not be refunded. In case of any doubt, please let us know in advance before sending your item back. Additionally, please return your goods in the same package used for the delivery, if possible.

The goods remain under your responsibility until they reach our premises.
We will issue your refund within 5 days of receiving your return, as long as it meets the abovementioned conditions. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund can take up to 10 days to show up.
We do not accept returns for custom-made/bespoke pieces.
All refunds will be made in the same currency and via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Sofia Vera will not be liable for any loss this may cause due to fluctuations in exchange rates or any other related reason causing the value of the refund to be less than the sum originally paid.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of own wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you have received a faulty product, please email us informing us of the damage with accompanying photos. Please contact us by referring to our Contact Page
Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products. Otherwise, we will exchange the item for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
